Technology and scope

What we actually deliver

We deploy new virtualisation platforms or modernise existing ones, selecting architecture for workloads, licensing and recovery requirements.

  • Proxmox VE
  • VMware ESXi
  • vCenter
  • Hyper-V
  • KVM / LXC
  • Ceph
  • ZFS
01

Hypervisors and management

Proxmox VE, VMware ESXi/vCenter or Hyper‑V: installation, updates, access and VM templates.

02

Clusters and storage

Configure Ceph, ZFS, NFS or iSCSI. Plan quorum and HA, validating failure domains and capacity.

03

Networks and resources

VLANs, bridges/vSwitch, dedicated management and storage networks, CPU/RAM allocation and monitoring.

04

Migration and recovery

Migrate VMs with tests and rollback plans, connect backups and validate recovery.

What you receive

A manageable virtualisation environment with working VMs, network and storage diagrams, tests and administrator instructions.

The stack and scope follow an assessment. Compatibility, licences, timing and acceptance criteria are recorded in the proposal.

02

How we deliver

01

Assessment

We collect requirements, inventory the environment and identify constraints.

02

Design

We prepare the target solution, work plan, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.

03

Implementation

We deploy in controlled stages, test the result and provide documentation.

Frequently asked questions

Which virtualisation platforms do you support?

Proxmox VE, VMware ESXi/vCenter and Hyper-V. Selection depends on workload, hardware compatibility, licensing and operational requirements.

Can you migrate VMware workloads to Proxmox?

Yes, after compatibility checks and a test migration. We inventory VMs, networking and disks, then agree the migration window, backup and rollback plan.

Do you configure highly available clusters?

We design quorum, VM placement, networking and storage, and test failover. Multiple VMs on one physical server cannot protect against that server failing.

What is handed over after deployment?

Platform configuration, an environment diagram, access rules, runbooks and agreed test results. Backups and ongoing support are included to the agreed scope.
